It's an exciting time for my clients as we've had some recent investment announcements focused on internal training, growth, and acquisitions, in addition to organic growth within our existing client base. They recruit intermediate and advanced Java developers to join.

What's it like to work at this growing company? You'll work primarily on the back-end development team for finance-related projects, gaining insight into the entire software stack. We use the latest development tools and concepts to deliver high-quality, best-practice software solutions. 

As a senior Java developer, you will also have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor and support the members of a young team, and make important contributions to the further development of the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Java development
• excellent customer service skills
• Initial experience in the field of capital markets/investment banking is preferred but not required

Experience in the following areas is advantageous but not required.

• Spring/spring boot
• Hibernation / JPA / SQL
• Relational database (PostgreSQL / Oracle)
• RESTful API Development* Testing (TDD/Junit/Mockito/REST Assured)
• Linux/Unix
